Terms of Service

RK-AI (also called AI Study) is a study platform operated by RKL Digital. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13.

What we provide

RK-AI provides practice questions, study plans, spaced repetition, analytics, and optional AI tutoring. We do not administer official SAT, ACT, AP, GRE, or GMAT exams. Predicted scores and readiness estimates are educational tools, not College Board, ACT, or ETS scores.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and use the product only for lawful personal or authorized school study. You may not scrape, resell, or copy question banks; share accounts; or attempt to reverse-engineer official exam content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel in Settings → Billing; access continues through the paid period. Taxes may apply via Stripe Tax. Learning progress is retained on downgrade unless you delete your account.

Schools and organizations

Organization admins are responsible for roster accuracy, parental notices required by FERPA or local law, and disabling access when a student leaves.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for exam outcomes, admissions decisions, or interruptions of third-party AI providers. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
