Refund policy

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time; the current period is not prorated except where required by law. Annual plans may request a refund within 14 days of first purchase if usage is under the Free-plan limits (one course, 20 chat messages). Chargebacks for recognized usage may result in account suspension.

Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial end. Family and Organization invoices follow the same window for the billing owner. Email billing@rkai.local with your account email and invoice id.
